Rachel joined CSH in 2022 as the Green Team programme lead, coaching healthcare teams through a sustainable quality improvement competition, that targets quality of care, staff experience and the financial and environmental outcomes.

Rachel has degrees in psychology and speech pathology. She previously worked as a speech and language therapist in London hospitals, specialising in neonatal therapy and parent coaching.
