When and where is the Net Zero Clinical Care Hybrid Conference

The Net Zero Clinical Care Hybrid Conference takes place on 10 October 2023 and you can join us in-person at BMA House, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9JP or online in the comfort of your own home, office or a coffee shop.

How do I register?

Registration for the event is not live as yet

How will I know if I can attend if my name is on the waiting list?

You will be contacted via email on a first come first serve basis from when you signed up for the waitlist.

How do I change my booking from in-person to Online?

Simply email us on events@bmj.com and the team will be happy to assist you with any questions or changes that you need made to your booking.

My name is on the waiting list, how will I be notified if I can attend in person?

What to do if I need to cancel my booking at a later date?

Should you be unable to attend, please inform us via this link

You may transfer a booking from one delegate to another at any time, please do so on the above mentioned link

I have registered for my poster but can no longer attend in-person for the new dates

Please email events@bmj.com to transfer your booking to a virtual presentation or to cancel your booking completely.

I originally registered as a virtual poster presenter but can now attend the new dates in-person

Please email events@bmj.com to transfer your booking to an in-person registration. To note there is a strict 1 presenter per poster policy as this event is fully booked and we wish to offer the opportunity to all successful submitters to showcase their work in-person.

What is included in the registration?

  • In-person delegates: Your registration grants you access to all sessions, lunch and refreshments.
  • Virtual delegates: Your registration grants you access to all sessions

 

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, all delegates will automatically receive a certificate of attendance. This will be emailed to you after the conference.

Is the event CPD certified?

Although this event is not formally accredited, you can claim CPD points for the sessions you attended. You will be allocated one point for each one hour of educatin.

How can I book accommodation?

There are a number of hotels located close to BMA House in London.

When booking your travel and accommodation, we urge you to ensure that they are refundable arrangements. BMJ cannot be held responsible for non-refundable bookings. Bookings, cancellations and changes to hotel arrangements should be made directly with the hotel/accommodation booking agency that you are using. BMJ is not involved with and do not accept any responsibility for accommodation and travel tickets.

Is the venue accessible to wheelchair users?

Yes, the lift from reception will provide access to L1 (The Great Hall) and up to Level 3 for all breakout sessions.
